All watches are shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment via FedEx Priority Overnight fully insured. For insurance purposes, all watches are shipped to the buyer’s closest available FedEx location, and must be collected showing their ID and signing on-site.

For the time being we don’t provide international shipping, however, we will follow buyer’s instructions if an overseas shipping label is provided. Please account for your Country’s import duties and guidelines to not incur your watch being held at customs.

GMT Luxury offers a buyback service within a 12 month period at a standard 15% restocking fee. This assumes there is no major wear or permanent damage such as a scratched/broken crystal, damage to ceramics/platinum, deep gouges or any other irreparable wear. This fee can also be accounted for trade-ins towards another acquisition.

Pre-Order means the timepiece you are currently seeing is not in stock, however, through our extensive network we are able to procure another one just like it for a similar price, condition and completeness in under 72 hours.
